Brewer's can expect their hop pellets to be made to a high standard. They can also expect our hop pellets to be processed - from field to pellet to package - in a relatively short period of time to enhance quality.
In short, our processing capability has set a new benchmark in New Zealand. It is a key plank of our ability to reliably supply premium hop products at scale.
Importantly we also have modern and high-capacity on-farm harvesting infrastructure on each of our four hop farms to ensure that our hops are picked at the right time.
